The NIKO Scaffolding Runway System is a modular lifting and handling solution designed to attach directly to a scaffolding structure. It enables loads to be lifted and moved along a defined runway, providing controlled material handling in areas where conventional lifting equipment may be impractical.

The system can incorporate straight track, curves and switches, allowing the runway to follow the scaffolding and the requirements of the application. Manual or electric hoists can be used for lifting, while two parallel runways can also support a bridge to create a lightweight crane system.

Its modular construction makes the system particularly suitable for temporary installations and changing construction environments, as sections can be installed, extended, shortened or relocated as required.

Configuration Options

Straight Monorail

A simple runway providing linear movement of loads along the scaffolding structure.

Curved Runway

Curved track enables the runway to follow building geometry and move loads around corners.
